0.5.0 Release - Saves, Equipment, Larger Campaign

Update time! This one adds long-awaited savegames, so you don't have to leave the game open to retain your progress. The workshop's primitive upgrades are a thing of the past, having been replaced by a stat-based equipment system.
On the eastern edge of the map, you can find a new location for time trials. Get a good time and you might receive a prize...
The update also includes a brand-new particle system, as well as two more campaign missions.

- Added a 5-slot save system
- Improved flight controls: Finer aiming precision, more responsive turning
- Options screen: Renamed "Controls" to "Input"
- Added mouse sensitivity, gamepad sensitivity, and gamepad deadzone sliders to input options
- Increased minimum resolution from 256x192 to 320x240
- Improved menu navigation for gamepad and keyboard inputs
- Increased AI jet render distance
- Added minimum distance for AI jets to fire missiles
- AI jets try to keep a longer distance from their targets
- Added 2 campaign missions
- Workshop: Replaced "Upgrade" menu with "Equipment" menu
- Workshop: Added camera rotation via click and drag or gamepad right stick
- Created new particle system and replaced existing particle effects
- Added particle quality to video options
- Added new particle effects for bullet impacts, explosions, damaged aircraft/turrets, and destroyed buildings
- Replaced incremental workshop upgrades with a stat-based equipment system
- Added cannon overheating
- Fixed missile locking sometimes getting stuck
- Missile reticle turns yellow when locked
- Added explosion shockwaves
- Improved landscape texture blending
- Increased HUD marker refresh rate
- Added smaller HUD marker for minor targets (e.g. bomber turrets)
- Revised flight physics parameters
- Added time trial level, which can be found on the eastern side of the map
- Added new time trial music track
- Fixed main menu shadows ignoring video options
- Improved sky
- Added post process bloom
- Changed icon for campaign mission map markers
- Added distance to HUD target markers
- Fixed seams in flat landscape
- Updated map help menu
- Added status bars to workshop screen
- Added gameplay statistics menu to map screen
- Rebalanced money rewards
- Added pitch inversion to input options
- Added gamepad binding support to input options
- Added option to disable missile lock beeping
- Reduced building health in campaign mission 3
